RAISING TAXES UNOPPOSED in 2010.. House leader apologizes for Holocaust remarksBadge analogy ‘inappropriate’
July 01, 2011|By Noah Bierman, Globe Staff
A powerful Massachusetts state representative apologized yesterday for comparing a proposal requiring State House lobbyists to wear identification badges to the tattoos branded on Holocaust victims. Representative John J. Binienda, a Worcester Democrat who has served in the Legislature since 1987, said he made an “inappropriate analogy’’ when he criticized the badge proposal. “No comparison can be made between the Nazi regime and a rules proposal made by members in good faith,’’ he said in a statement yesterday. “I apologize to the sponsors, as well as the people of Massachusetts for my words.’’ |

Ryan Fattman has been nominated as one of the top 25 best candidates for 2010, and again in 2012.. A straightforward, hardworking, energized guy who wants to restore sanity to the budget process and protect the hardworking Massachusetts families. We DO, however, wish he voted AGAINST the recent 2012 budget. Ryan, come on, get with the show. 1. Believes in limited govt.: took CLTs no tax increase pledge, and has an A+ rating from GOAL. |

Your candidate may be pro-life or pro-abortion. That is his/her option. One vote to reduce taxes, does not represent a CORE belief. Multiple votes, and a pattern, yes.
